Highly recommend Crutcher's Auto. They are fair and honest. They have worked on several of the cars in my family. I have used other shops too due to time constraints but end up regretting it. Crutcher's just earned my business again by being not only good at repairs but good people to work with.

*** best auto shop ever fair honest pricing** I’ve been to many auto shops before as I own a bmw and can’t ever get a realistic price on my car. I understand they don’t prefer to work on German vehicles but I needed a simple piece replaced and they were fast and honest. EuroFix and bmw of Nashville wanted 9k to have it done but, they only charged me $2,900 and didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic tests that took a week as they couldn’t find the issue for a bit. I was genuinely shocked how good of people they are here. I have some LED lights on my car with wires that have been hanging for a bit but I’ve been to lazy to fix and they took some zip ties and fixed that for me without me even saying a word. That’s how I know they really care about what they do and the quality of their work if they went out of there way to fix some cheap lights. will be recommending this shop to anyone I know that brings up car troubles.

Great service, they do diagnostic for free before charging for labor to do any work. Priced fair and competitive. Reliable. Good work. I recommend my friends to them and they’re happy with the results.

UPDATE: Jamie and my Dad talked and Jamie confirmed that my review is, unfortunately, correct. One of their senior mechanics worked on his car, and they just had a meeting about ethics. However Jamie offered to make it right, even offering to cover the cost of the repair at the other shop. 5stars for Jamie, 1 star for mechanic. EDIT TO RESPONSE: He has the quote (and all previous service receipts) and will be contacting you! Dude quoted my Dad thousands to “fix” his 4Runner but offered to buy it from him if he didn’t want to go through with the repairs. He went to a different shop and it was fixed for only a few hundred, mechanic at that shop said they were crazy for the quote. Sounds like the Crutchers guy was just trying to get a deal on a 4Runner. So maybe if you have a ‘vintage’ V8 … look somewhere else.
