I just used Crutcher's for my Moms car as she is new to the area. I love these guys! When we picked up the car and paid the bill we just left. They (the owner himself) called me back and said due to their new system I had been overcharged and due money back! I'm so happy to find someone honest and dependable in this industry. They have fixed their system glitch and they have a new customer for life! Thanks for the great repair and the honesty!

There were mistakes made in fixing my vehicle, but things happen. The owner and foreman were very honest and straightforward when I brought the issue to their attention. Went above and beyond in ensuring they made things right by me. Wouldn't hesitate to take my car back there, and definitely recommend them. Don't feel my issue reflects negatively on them whatsoever. They more than earned my trust which isn't as easy thing to do.

One of the good ones... I trust them completely with my auto repairs. They are transparent with their quotes, and I have always found their pricing to be consistent and fair.

Got the "SERVICE 4WD" message. Took truck in and they squeezed me in. Read the diagnostics and immediately said that with several messages, the usual culprit was the switch in the dashboard. They also said replacing it was the least expensive fix and definitely worth the first shot (I liked least expensive). They got the switch, installed it a couple days later and all was good to go. What I really liked was that several of the office staff (front and back) came out and chatted making me feel like a valued customer. Definitely they are now my "go to" mechanics!

Very knowledgeable group of people and does business the way it is supposed to be done, treated me and my Malibu as if I were their only customer, I would highly recommend them and look forward to years of car care with them.
