I’m so happy that I’ve found a honest and qualified auto repair shop for my cars! Crutcher’s Auto have worked on my Lexus LX 470 twice, repairing damage from rodents to the wiring harness. The Lexus dealership wanted to replace the fuse panel to correct the problem(several thousand dollars). I took it to Jay at Crutchers and they diagnosed the issue correctly and repaired it for minimal cost. They also did a great job on my daughters Jaguar F Pace.

I will be starting my new job here on Sept 20.

Always fast honest service

I just used Crutcher's for my Moms car as she is new to the area. I love these guys! When we picked up the car and paid the bill we just left. They (the owner himself) called me back and said due to their new system I had been overcharged and due money back! I'm so happy to find someone honest and dependable in this industry. They have fixed their system glitch and they have a new customer for life! Thanks for the great repair and the honesty!

There were mistakes made in fixing my vehicle, but things happen. The owner and foreman were very honest and straightforward when I brought the issue to their attention. Went above and beyond in ensuring they made things right by me. Wouldn't hesitate to take my car back there, and definitely recommend them. Don't feel my issue reflects negatively on them whatsoever. They more than earned my trust which isn't as easy thing to do.
