Set appointment at 8:00A. Waited until 11:30A. Ask about my car, and was told it was being looked at at that time. Told the person who checked me in I was pretty sure it was the oil sending switch. At 3:30P he called and told me it was the oil sending switch, and it would be the following day before they could get the part. Clearly he was not being honest when he said it was being looked at at 11:30. Not sure of the purpose of setting an appointment at 8:00A if you cant look at the car until the afternoon.
I delayed responding here because I thought after I finally got to talk to you, based on our conversation you might reconsider the wording of this. It is true we let you down, and again I'm very sorry about that. You needed the car done same day and somewhere that didn't get communicated properly internally and we couldn't make it happen. The details in the review need correction though, you accused us of lying to you which is a big deal to me and why I went back through our systems to find out if it was true. As I explained to you there was a delay getting the car into the shop because there was another vehicle ahead of it that had to be reassembled first. As I explained from reviewing our security videos, and welcome your review as well, your car actually came in the shop at 11:11 AM, the technician completed the inspection approximately an hour later which you can see on video as well as when he submitted the inspection via our iPad based system at 12:12:13PM. Once the estimator got prices together and sent it up to your advisor to contact you it was 3:09 when he called you back and too late to get the part we needed from out of town. Again, if the urgency had been better communicated internally of getting it done that afternoon we probably could have gotten it done. We did however at 0 cost to you diagnose and confirm the issue you were concerned with, look into another issue, and do an overall courtesy inspection and warn you about a defective tire so you could try to get it warrantied. To ignore all that and incorrectly call us dishonest doesn't seem fair to me. I don't like debating online which is why I reached out to you personally multiple times from my personal cell phone until i was able to connect with you, but I can't leave this accusation unanswered online. Again, I sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations or needs, and if I can ever be of service in the future would be glad to try again, if not I understand. Thank you - Jamie Crutcher
