I was referred to Crutchers by Discount Tires after needing two front tires replaced. I really needed the front end alignment before I commuted twenty miles each way as this had been primarily why I needed new tires. Crutches staff was helpful and kind when I called and honest about saying they would try to work me in but it might be the next day before they could complete my repair. I had been home ill two days and eager to get back to work as a much needed nurse. I received a call @ 5:45pm that same day my car was ready. Tried other Williamson County automotive repair options, but only Crutcher's has the technical knowledge and skill coupled with good customer service. I’m a new fan and will return to Crutcher’s. And it wasn’t because everything was perfect. But it was because the test of character is how you make it right. My car had been promised to me by midday. When I showed up, needing the car to get to a client meeting it was not ready. Miscommunication on their part. Then the Crutcher team did everything they needed to do to make it right. They apologized sincerely, proposed solutions and got me where I needed to be with no delay. They made it right.

I live out of state and had a serious brake issue with my vehicle while visiting my son and daughter-in-law. Crutcher's staff took my vehicle right in and fixed it. I have never been more please with an experience of this sort.....especially being out of state and not know where to go. Just sitting and watching/listening to the staff with other customers, they are simply amazing.

These guys are great! Very honest, hardworking, and good people. They are a true local shop. They learn who you are and your vehicle. Repeat visits don't require you to constantly remind them of the work that has been done. They care to understand what your vehicles problem is. They will chat with you about what is going on, what work you might have done to it, or any information they can get to understand whats happening with the vehicle. They are very easy to work with and have good fair pricing. I recommend them to anyone in the Franklin area who is tired of getting ripped off or made to feel stupid by the dealerships. These guys are top notch.
