Excellent service as usual. Great communication and the way everything is able to be checked off and approved via text really saves time and is straight forward - a really nice feature. I am posting this for a service I got from them 6 years ago! At that time, they installed a new ACDelco battery and provided an extended warranty of 7 years. I moved out of TN a while ago. The battery died the other day, and the local GM parts shops declined to honor the extended warranty. I called Crutchers, and they made it right on phone! Shout out to Allie for excellent customer service.

If you live within 100 miles of Franklin Tennessee, you would be a FOOL not to use Crutchers as your auto mechanic.

Everytime that I DO NOT use Crutchers I have issues most of the time. Crutchers does an exceptional job EVERY TIME, and will stand by their work.
