We have been relying on Crutcher's for all of vehicle repairs for several years and have found Crutcher's to be extremely trustworthy and reliable.

There is simply not a better or more trustworthy place to take your regular vehicle in the Franklin area. My 2008 Nissan Frontier wouldn't start one morning and I had the vehicle towed to Crutcher's where it was diagnosed with a failed ECU. The part was NLA from Nissan, so I had to patiently wait to find the matching part number on eBay. The guys at Crutcher's were patient through the whole process as my truck was there at least three weeks just sitting out of the way. Once the part came in, they got it programmed and back running like nothing ever happened. Grateful to have a place locally that treats customers right and leaves me free of worry about getting sticker shock at the final bill. Update 5/24/2019: while on family vacation out of state, the AC went out on my wife's 2009 CRV and I had to take it to the local Honda dealership. When I got the repair estimate, I called Crutcher's to see if what I was being quoted was fair or not and Paul at Crutcher's graciously talked me through it over the phone. Thanks again, guys!

Excellent quality service.

My 2008 Nissan Frontier was a giant paperweight when the ECU failed on it. Crutcher's was extremely patient until I was able to find a replacement part and was able to get it reprogrammed and back to normal for $200. Extremely honest folks and dependable to get your vehicle repaired the correct way.

Fantastic as always! Sadly we don't have the Acura any longer. It was wrecked approximately 2 months post brake and rotor service.

I am from out of state. My van started doing strange things as I drove down the highway and I exited and looked for a local. Locals know who the crooks and the good guys are. The bank ladies said I had to go to Crutchers (all of them). It was a Friday afternoon and my dog, my pigs, and I were very concerned. The WHOLE staff at Crutchers rallied around us. Knowing our situation they diagnosed, made phone calls, got parts, and put it all together. They offered us all a drink, and made us feel at home. It was almost fun. My husband who is a mechanic, says that the bill was very reasonable. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE KIND AND PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE AT CRUTCHERS.
