A story. My youngest daughter calls me and tells me that all her amber lights on her dash are on. Ask if she recently got gas, the answer was yes, told her to check her gas cap, she did lights still on. told to bring the car to me and i would take it to Crutcher's. Well they fixed her problem, and called to come and pick up her car. I pay get in the car start it perfect except that the passenger side air bag light is on. pull in front of shop, go in tell Doug, he checks, gets Jamie, the owner, they check every thing Sip O. So Jamie researches, and finds that there are only 6 situations in the country, that when you clear the electric system, the passenger side air bag comes on, will not go off until the little box under the passenger side seat is replaced. People this was not and easy problem to find. It took two days of James time to e-mail different people and put together an answer to this problem. These People care about there work, and how you feel when you drive away from there business.To me they are honest, price is right, and i am a happy Father, because my daughter is happy, and i know she is driving a safe car. The service here is awesome. The staff is very attentive and honest. This is my go to spot for service on my out of warranty vehicles.

These guys are solid. A bit pricey for a college student (their prices ARE geared toward their hometown of Franklin ;), but their work is legit.

Javier is an informative and fair owner. I would recommend his shop to my mother if she need repair work. They had my car on the road quickly even though it was a major repair

They are very honest

It took them almost 6 months to 1/2 way fix my Mom's 1987 Ford Taurus Station wagon. They said they they have no way of looking up information on that older car, but a simple Google Search brought up the info needed, but for some reason they do not let their Tech look up the Info or the Office Staff doesn't want to do a simple Internet search for information or even willing to run to Auto Zone to buy a Car Care Book to help.
