We had a great experience with Crutcher's. We are new to the area and were looking for a trustworthy mechanic - WE FOUND ONE! Shea was super friendly, knowledgable, accomodating, and HONEST. I've never had a service before where I'm quoted a price, and the actual comes in lower. I feel like most mechanics seek out problems with your car, and before3you know it you need to pay quite a bit extra. To top it off, they were willing to make arrangements for us last minute when they were clearly very busy.

I can't really say enough good about them. I've been a customer for a few years since I moved here. They've always done great work at fair prices. Recently my truck started running really rough. We called and asked if they could fit us in and they worked on it the next day and had it back that night.

We've taken all our vehicles to Crutchers for servicing over the years. Recently the heater went out in my car and I brought it in to the honest, kind and polite team at the service center. Initially, they couldn't pinpoint the issue, and - rather than "throwing parts" at the problem (and costing me an arm & a leg), they continued to evaluate the issue ( over just 1 day). Ultimately, it was a simple fix and I was back in my car (with heat) in no time. The most amazing thing was...they didn't even charge me a service fee. All I can say is "wow!" Thanks to the fantastic team at Crutchers...you have a lifetime customer with me. In addition, I will refer you to everyone I know!! Thanks again and Happy Holidays!!!

Good service and advice. Options provided No pressure. Used them for @ least 15 years for my car repairs. Always willing to help and make any issue right.

All I can say is WOW. What a great place to have your vehicle taken care of. The staff is the best in the business and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you receive the best service. From the tow in to return of my keys I never felt in the dark, I was totally informed and there were no surprises. My vehicle required an engine replacement and everyone worked hard to get it right. It looks like a factory install and everything is perfect. I can't thank the staff enough to get m back on the road

My family has been using Crutcher's since 1989 and they have always been great. They are honest, credible, and affordable. My husband had a 1994, Chevy S-10 pickup truck that had 275,000 miles on it. When it was running bad May 1, 2015, Mr. Crutcher was very honest with my husband and told him the transmission was shot and the car was not worth repairing -- Crutcher's was the only repair shop we used for that truck. We let the old truck go and bought a 2015 Ford Edge for my husband. My 2010 Ford Fusion is doing great at 135k miles - Crutcher's has done a great job of managing my car. I have been recommending Crutcher's for years and plan to continue. I trust them and the work is always excellent.

Honestly lost by words on how much Crutchers care about there customers and make sure they are happy and well taken care of and how important quality of work is to them and how important it is for how much they put into it to fix the vehicle right the best way possible. 100% going back if i need to and have my recomendation.

They were extremely patient, personable and helpful. Hearing about their reputation, I brought my car in on a holiday weekend when they were understaffed and slammed, and they still did the job, explained everything, and patiently talked me through all of my options, partnering with me to make an informed decision on whether the repair was worth it in my case. Crutcher's has my business in the future.
