I'm always treated kindly and the guys are always helpful. Been coming to Crutcher's a very long time.

I've been a customer with Crutcher's Auto Repair for some time now and due to an impending employment relocation will no longer have the convenience of being in walking distance and as nearby. This is disheartening because it's very important and reassuring to have dependable and quality service, not just close by, but all the time. Crutcher's has proven that time and again. They've kept the "ole boy" running without delay, inconvenience and at a reasonable cost. Each and every time they met my needs. They provided excellent customer service, diagnostic evaluations, potential solutions, and effectively communicated their findings, progress and offered appropriate and realistic pricing when things just didn’t work to plan. I greatly appreciate their years of quality service and without question recommend Crutcher’s Auto Repair. Even though it won’t be as convenient - I’m still going to have my vehicle serviced by them…you should too!

I had gotten an alignment at Crutcher's a couple of months ago. I had some cupping on my tires that they noted. I went about a week ago and got new tires put on. I took my vehicle back to Crutcher's to make sure it was still in alignment. The gentleman at the counter told me they did one minor adjustment and there would be no charge!! :)

We have been relying on Crutcher's for all of vehicle repairs for several years and have found Crutcher's to be extremely trustworthy and reliable.

There is simply not a better or more trustworthy place to take your regular vehicle in the Franklin area. My 2008 Nissan Frontier wouldn't start one morning and I had the vehicle towed to Crutcher's where it was diagnosed with a failed ECU. The part was NLA from Nissan, so I had to patiently wait to find the matching part number on eBay. The guys at Crutcher's were patient through the whole process as my truck was there at least three weeks just sitting out of the way. Once the part came in, they got it programmed and back running like nothing ever happened. Grateful to have a place locally that treats customers right and leaves me free of worry about getting sticker shock at the final bill. Update 5/24/2019: while on family vacation out of state, the AC went out on my wife's 2009 CRV and I had to take it to the local Honda dealership. When I got the repair estimate, I called Crutcher's to see if what I was being quoted was fair or not and Paul at Crutcher's graciously talked me through it over the phone. Thanks again, guys!
