⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honesty, Integrity, and Outstanding Customer Service! I can’t say enough good things about Crutcher’s Auto Repair! I’ve had two recent experiences with them that demonstrate why they are such a trustworthy and customer-focused business. First, I brought in my daughter’s car because of a noise coming from the rear axle. Rather than simply trying to make a repair and charge me for it, their technician did some research and discovered that Ford had issued a Technical Service Bulletin regarding the issue. They recommended taking the vehicle to Ford, where there was a good possibility the repair would be covered. Their honesty and willingness to put my family’s best interests ahead of making a sale really impressed me. That kind of integrity is hard to find! Second, I brought my 2019 VW Atlas in for an oil change. The following day, I noticed fresh oil underneath the vehicle. I contacted Matthew, one of the office managers, and explained what had happened. Without hesitation, he arranged for a tow truck to pick up my vehicle and bring it back to the shop to be inspected. They discovered that the oil filter was defective and wasn’t seating properly. Even though the problem was caused by a defective part, Crutcher’s went above and beyond to make things right and take care of me. As a second-generation, family-owned business, it’s clear that Crutcher’s takes tremendous pride in its reputation and genuinely cares about its customers. They could have easily handled either situation differently, but they chose to do the right thing. If you’re looking for an honest, trustworthy auto repair shop that puts its customers first, I highly recommend Crutcher’s Auto Repair! They’ve earned my trust and my business. Matt T.

I visited Crutchers for the first time recently. Their customer service was excellent. They got my car done with no delays, no issues, and best of all, they priced the service (spark plugs) much lower than the local dealership I have been going to for years. I plan to make Crutchers my go to shop for future car needs.

Bought my truck in when the engine light came on and had to leave my truck for several days so I asked for everything to be checked over, I also needed an oil change. When I picked up my truck after paying over $1000 the engine light instantly came back on, the oil change hadn’t been done and since having it back several other issues have occurred that were missed. Has been a very expensive and disappointing experience and noticed that someone else seems to have had the same thing happen to them.

Excellent service as usual. Great communication and the way everything is able to be checked off and approved via text really saves time and is straight forward - a really nice feature.
