I have been going to Crutcher's for MANY years and I am never disappointed in their service and professionalism. They never try to sell me something I don't need and they always help me discern what is urgent and what can wait. They have serviced around 8-10 different family cars and I am always confident that the repairs will last and that they will stand behind their work!

Great shop that has earned a 5-star reputation in Franklin. I moved all of my vehicles from Moody's to Crutcher's because I trust these folks. Their staff works closely with you and delivers superb customer service. I've been to them close to 5 times over the last 2 years and they are consistent and professional. First time fix with a smile and their competitively priced...that's a first for us. :-) I wouldn't trust my BMW, Cadillac or Jeep to anyone else.

I really wish I could rate higher than 5 star. This team definitely has been a blessing for me. I live in Louisiana and have had work done twice there while visiting my son/daughter-in-law. Jamie and Paul are nothing but "first class" on helping out and taking care of the customers. I had a small problem when I got back home a month later and called them. They jumped right in and took care of getting my car fixed where I live at a time when I truly needed a helping hand. I will forever be grateful!!! I could never say enough good about these guys and this business. My son takes their vehicles there also. Thank you to all at Crutcher's!!!

I live in North Carolina and my daughter is in Franklin. Like any father, I want to know that my daughter is healthy and driving a safe car. Her car has required engine replacement and they have done it all. Each step of the way, Paul has called me and kept me informed. I can't say enough good things about this team.
