Crutcher’s worked on my Cobalt a few years ago, and a service issue came up that needed addressing from Crutcher’s side. I was so impressed with how they addressed the issue because it was actually kind of an easy thing to put back on the customer, but they took the experience to the top level of care and earned my business. They also took the time to explain things to me and even show me the problems my car had. I was happy to pay them by the end of it all, and now I’m happy to recommend them. (Funny to read that back - it sounds like a commercial, but that’s genuinely from my heart!)

They were wonderful to work with. We sort of figured out what our problem was with the AC and even got the part we thought that was broken. We left the car the night before our scheduled appt and by 8 am the next day they already had called us to tell us we were right but we also needed the same part for the other vent. The car was ready for us that afternoon and the bill was more than fair. They were recommended to us by friends and we will definitely use them again.

I have had Crutchers work on several of my cars and they have always done a great job. Most recently they worked on my sons car and they really went the extra mile to determine the root cause of the check engine warning lights he was getting. They treated my son very well and took care of him. In today's world its comforting to find a place you can trust.
