My alternator died on me on a Tuesday and Crutcher's said they could repair it on Wednesday but the tow company took it to the wrong shop clear across Nashville! It took a day to even get my car to their shop! Crutcher's not only let me know my car wasn't there first thing Wednesday and they worked with me to get my car repaired on my tight schedule when a new tow company finally got it to them and got it back to me within one business day. Their courtesy in the midst of all that chaos was incredible!! Everyone was so nice and worked with me, and their labor charges are quite reasonable as well (another solid perk)! They made sure my battery was charged and that everything was running smoothly. I highly recommend their shop, they have not only earned my trust, but their customer service is award winning as well!!!

We have been bringing both our vehicles to Crutchers for the past several years. This past Friday we noticed a vibration and grinding sound in the brakes. Crutcher’s has just replaced them not so long ago. They were able to work us in on Friday August 7, 2020 without an appointment. They found that one of the pads was defective and destroyed the rotor. They replaced the pad and the rotor under warranty for no charge. This is the second time they have done that and I know without a doubt they are going to stand behind their work! Kirk White

I can not see enough good things about Crutcher's Auto Repair. They are profession, quick and extremely efficient. Immediately after having my truck inspected I was given a call with an update on what was diagnosed and was given an estimate of what the repairs would cost as well as recommendations on what is absolutely necessary versus what may not be a crucial repair. In the end my old truck has had too many significant problems that exceeded the overall value so I did not have any services performed. That being said, I was not charged for the cost of the diagnosis and the thorough workup that was done. Crutcher's has continued to keep me as a loyal client and I will continue to refer anyone to their business.

They are the best mechanics in Middle Tennessee. I have trusted them with all of the family vehicles since 1989.
