Nice enough but slow amd outrageous rates. Took 2 weeks to get a diagnostic on my suspension work. Fine. I mean didn't have an appointment so thats mostly on me. But then get quote for $950. I just had the same work done in Fairview at a shop fpr 618$. That being said I made a list of about 5 shops within a 1 mile radius of them and started called. It only took the first 2 shops with a $600 and a $570 quote before I decided to spemd 50$ on a tow and take it down the street and it was done about 4 hrs later...
Trickster....I am sorry for the impression we made on you, I left you 4 voice mails with my personal cell number over the next week of you posting this review. I was hoping to work with you to discuss what had gone wrong and how I could make it up to you, I try to deal with people directly instead of behind a keyboard. I am surprised that given we have several fans in your office, you wouldn't have the faith to give me a shot to prove why we have the reputation we do. I went back and listened to the phone calls you had with my staff and we are guilty of not explaining our price very well and unfortunately you didn't ask for clarification instead of telling us you didn't have the money and were towing it home. Additionally I'm not sure why there was such a delay from your authorization and the wrecker actually coming to put the vehicle inside for us to examine, something on our end went wrong there too, I'm not sure what, but I am sorry that happened. For the suspension work itself I think you would find we were very similarly priced however the number we told you included the alignment, which the shop you towed it to doesn't do, the wrecker charges to bring it into our facility since the suspension had fallen apart, and taxes. We quote all in, out the door numbers which sometimes seem high but we don't want any surprises or confusion at pick up. I wanted to at ,for the inconvenience, reimburse the wrecker fee you paid us and the one you spent to tow it away, along with my apologies and honest attempts to learn what went wrong and how to prevent this from occurring with someone else, but your refusal to reply makes it seem you are more interested in scarring my reputation than any resolution, but if you have a change of heart, I would like another shot. - Jamie Crutcher
