Very friendly and honest people. Went in to get a stripped lug nut removed and they removed it professionally without scratching the wheels or anything. Highly recommend them to anyone. Will be giving them my business in the future.

Great shop that has earned a 5-star reputation in Franklin. I moved all of my vehicles from Moody's to Crutcher's because I trust these folks. Their staff works closely with you and delivers superb customer service. I've been to them close to 5 times over the last 2 years and they are consistent and professional. First time fix with a smile and their competitively priced...that's a first for us. :-) I wouldn't trust my BMW, Cadillac or Jeep to anyone else.

Very honest - they didn't try to talk me into getting work done I didn't need and they went over the prices before doing anything. They have online booking which is great. I moved from Franklin into Nashville and I'll keep coming here just because it's hard to find an honest mechanic and they are great.
