I always have a great experience at Crutcher s. The only thing that bothers me is after I have a service done on my car I m emailed almost daily about it until I submit a review. Other than that that service is good.
We found Crutcher's to be honest and reasonably priced for repairs. I never felt like they were recommending things to be fixed that weren't necessary and trust them with our vehicles.

Visited for a 4-wheel alignment after installing 4 new tires. Alignment was performed, and the results/corrections were clearly explained to me.
Since I have only had my car back after repair, I haven't really had a lot of time to know if the work done was correct. I did appreciate the LYFT rides to and from the shop after leaving my car. A big plus.
